Return and Exchange Policy
Mail your return item(s)* to the address listed on our contact us page and we will gladly accept it and refund your money or exchange the item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any related shipping charges (unless RCH was at fault for shipping the incorrect item). All returns have to be received by A Mirrored Image Entertainment/Radio Coffee House within 14 calendar days of receipt. In addition, all items must be returned in the original unopened package. Returns or exchanges can not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened, damaged or tampered with. Additionally, clothing items must not have been worn and are returned in its' original condition with all of the tags still attached to the garment. It may take up to 14 calendar days upon receipt for your credit card to be refunded or your exchange to be shipped back. Please note: There are no refunds or returns on any sale or clearance items.
