1. How long does it take for me to get my order?
2. How much will it cost for shipping?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Therefore, shipping rates will match the United States Postal Service rates. Additionally, we add $0.99 to cover packaging materials.
*You can calculate the shipping yourself by going to their website (www.usps.com). Once there, calculate domestic postage using our shipping zip code (92129) and your destination zip code. You will also want to use an approximate weight of one pound per item. This will give you a pretty accurate shipping rate.

First, please check the order summary e-mail entitled "Your RadioCoffeeHouse.com order" that you received right after you placed the order. Most customers find out that they just accidentally ordered the wrong item.

6. My item is currently on "back order." How long will it take to receive it?
When you have an item on back order, that means that we have to re-order that particular item from the manufacturer. If you want an estimated delivery timeline, e-mail us at sales@praisereport.com with a subject line of "RCH back ordered item." Also, include your name, the item on back order, and your summary order number (on your e-mailed receipt). Then, we will contact the manufacturer for that information and pass it on to you.
7. What's the best way to contact you about a question or concern?
The best way to get in contact with us is by e-mail. We respond to every e-mail question and concern as soon as we can. We also use e-mail to inform you about back ordered items and other information regarding your purchase. We even return our phone messages by e-mail.
8. What do I do if my question wasn't answered here?
